What is good Goverance?
Good governance is about building TRUST between the company and its stakeholders by the company evidencing good governance by having robust and transparent processes. Legislation and regulations have been introduced to ensure this.

We help limited companies, charities, and organisations that operate within or outside a regulated sector. We work with any industry, and ideally the Company has some knowledge about its legal and regulatory obligations and is keen to meet them.
Are there any businesses you do not work with?
Our service is not currently available to sole traders/partnerships or companies listed on the stock exchange.
What are your qualifications?
Grace Dalley, the Director and founder of GED & Co, is a fully qualified Company Secretary (ICSA), and has worked for various companies providing company secretariat and governance services for over 15 years. Since 2016 she has been successfully providing governance and cosec advice and support to a range of organisations including companies and charities, with many operating within highly regulated industries as GED & Co.
